Sec 1 Registration Exercise ~RecruitingVolunteers~ Good news to share with you all!!! Upcoming event for CareForce will be the Sec 1 Registration Exercise on 23 December 2009.We will be conducting school tour and also in-charge of a Information Counter. Reminder for Tour Guides. Please "revise" what you learn. You may think through what are the things that are Must-Say and things that can be left out if you are running short of time, this will ensure that you will not "overrun" and get panic.Also, please plan your lines/script.You may prepare a "name card size" script for reference during the tour.You just need to put the Main Points in complete sentences in a way that you are comfortable with,not forgetting to be polite at the same time. Open House Once again, I would wish to thank all who volunteered in the Mid Autumn Celebration. The breakthroughs would not be possible without your everlasting efforts and support. Thank you very much! I am here to update all on a upcoming event during the holidays. CareForce will be participating in the Open House 2009(Tentative date: 28th November 2009). This chance is open for all members of CareForce. We will be conducting school tour, where we will bring visitors around the school to introduce them the facilities being put in place to facilitate teaching and learning processes. You need not worry, trainings will be conducted to ensure all volunteers are of presentable standards and equipped with the skills to deal with unforeseen circumstances. It is going to be a fun and rewarding experience! Due to large volume of visitors, we need a lot of helpers. Thus, please persuade your friends who are also in CareForce to volunteer in this annual event.Arrangements and discussions are still going on. Keep a lookout and make yourself free on that day!
